1. Proprietary Content

All sports picks, analysis, and content delivered by EdgeIQ via SMS or through the EdgeIQ platform are proprietary and owned exclusively by EdgeIQ. This content is licensed to you for personal use only as part of your active subscription.

2. Redistribution Prohibited

You may not share, redistribute, resell, screenshot, copy, forward, publicly post, or otherwise disseminate any picks or content received from EdgeIQ in any form, on any platform, for any purpose. This includes but is not limited to: sharing via text message, social media, group chats, forums, websites, or any other medium.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund. EdgeIQ reserves the right to pursue legal damages, including but not limited to actual damages, lost profits, and attorney fees, against any subscriber or third party found to be redistributing EdgeIQ content.

3. Account Sharing

Each EdgeIQ subscription is for a single individual. One phone number per account. Account sharing is prohibited and will result in termination.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at your locked-in rate. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Pricing

EdgeIQ reserves the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Your subscription price is locked in at the rate you signed up for as long as your subscription remains active.

6. No Guarantee of Results

EdgeIQ picks are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. EdgeIQ makes no guarantees of profit and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from betting.

7. Limitation of Liability

EdgeIQ's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the current billing period. EdgeIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
